I would to recomend your service to you prospective clients. I recently purchased a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries SRK50ZJX-S split system wall hung unit and am extremely happy with the unit.

The service I received from 1st Choice Air Conditioners was fantastic: Rob kept me informed on the status of my order, helped with the electronic payment, contacted the warehouse to tell them my preferred delivery date and then let me know when all had been set in place.

It took just 3 three days from the time I ordered the unit to delivery at my home. The warehouse in my state also contacted me to confirm my delivery date and, as I has requested, called me one hour before delivery so I could go home from work to be there when they arrived at my address. Everything went according to plan. All this meant that I was able to line up a qualified installer with no delays.

Also, I would like to comment on a number of elements of your website that helped me make my decision: the price was reasonable, general information was very informative, the function that allowed me to compare specifications about one unit against another helped my decision process, the online calculator helped me figure out the size of the unit I needed for the space I wanted to cool, testimonials on the quality of the service and units was sincere and convinced me to trust this method of purchasing a major household appliance online.

I am now using my air conditioner in 30 degree plus temperatures in the first hot flush of December in Melbourne. The unit is as quiet as I expected and I am a very happy, cool customer! Best wishes with your business!

Very good and fast service, excellent product, excellent price. The units were dispatched from Mitsubishi the day after my confirmed order.

I purchased the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries unit because of its good energy efficiency and its very high rating from Choice Magazine.

When the SRK71ZEA-S1 unit was first powered up the temperature was not warm enough to test it on cool so we fired up our Brivis gas WHE4 central heating to 25C. About 10 Minutes after starting the a/c the temperature started to fall in the room and continued to fall despite the heater still set at 25C. The installer was so impressed with how quiet and efficient the unit was for the price he purchased one for his home from your company.

Thank you for your very good service and I would have no hesitation in recommending your company.

Yesterday I had my Mitsubishi air conditioner installed. On completion of installation I was taken through the operation of the unit how the compressor works, how temp gradually goes up etc rather than cutting straight in bang on temp etc which would mean more efficient running power wise.

I am amazed how quiet the SRK35ZGA-S1 is when running. I have also been told by the installer that Mitsubishi are now top of the line in split system air conditioners.

I had had many emails advising how my order was coming along, where it was in processing of the order etc. This was wonderful communication. All round I am very happy with the unit, I had researched for many hours on the internet the model size etc I would need, finally deciding on this particular model because it had been given an award by Choice magazine in 2006. That speaks volumes.
I can truly recommend Robert Graham to anyone wishing to purchase an split system air conditioner, the service during and after purchase is commendable.

Purchased and installed 10 of the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioner SRK35ZGA-S into a motel in Maleny recently. My customer was amazed just how quiet the operation of these are, both the indoor and the outdoor unit.

The main reason for the purchase is to take advantage of the reverse cycle air conditioner aspect to warm the rooms during the winter months because, in the past this heating has been done using bar heaters in the bathroom which cost a fortune to run and really only heat the bathroom.

So far, there have been some cooler mornings and they have been very impressed with the atmosphere the air conditioners have provided, without tripping circuit breakers.
